Project Overview

An architectural icon within Clemson University, the Watt Family Innovation Center utilizes state-of-the-art technology and specialized facilities to enable students and faculty to think ahead of the curve. Every detail of the building was designed to foster creativity and collaboration. with the intention to increase creative communication between disciplines, the university substantially amplified the audio/visual aspects of the building. RGB Lights was proud to be front and center of this innovation by providing over 45,000 individual LED nodes adorning the ~5,000 sq. ft. front face of the building. These nodes comprise the largest media façade FlexiFlex display in North America. However, the transparency of the strands makes it so that when this installation is off it does not interfere but blends in with the beautiful architecture. This media façade will showcase university-inspired content that is now larger than life!
